This is just a little lesson on the basics of nihongo (Japanese), by Cazilu.  If you like them, tell me, I work hard on these! Before we start learning some words, get a notebook, and dedicate it especially to your  
Japanese learning.  I tell everyone this, but it really does help to have a notebook.  I really don’t mind if you copy this lesson and print it off, but  
sometimes writing things down by hand can help it stick in, so feel free to do both.  Also, just reading what I wrote can get a bit tedious. ^^

This is lesson 2 of my short lil lessons on the language of Japanese.  In this lesson, we'll cover some more basic phrases, and hopefully  get you to hold a little conversation.  Got your notebook handy?  At this point, you may want to make it look more purrty with some  colour.  I'll give you a clever tip (I know, this just keeps getting better and better!! lol) Red is the colour the brain recognises  instantly, so you may want to underline the stuff you know you struggle with in that colour.  Just a thought.

CALLING ALL STUDENTS.

As the creator of the chatroom, I felt it was time we all got a little more proactive in our teachings.We have been very bare lately, and I don't think we have been learning either.

Christmas and New Year have come and passed and were very good excuses - well, let's get back on track.

Every Saturday, =x-x-sakura-x-x will be submitting a full color yet handmade kana chart. We will start off with Hiragana, and there will only be five of the symbols a week. There is pronunciation, stroke order, and a simple way of remembering it for example:

あ A (ah) <stroke order here>
It looks like a cross with a sideways number 9 "AH number 9!"

In order to see these, please make your way over to =x-x-sakura-x-x's account, and add her to your WATCH list. The first five of the hiragana will be submitted later on today once she knows you are watching her.

In order to keep this going, if you come into #damnJapanese, she will willingly test you on the first five :)
